How to enter service mode
Old DVD Player
Press [Title] or [Text], [Clear], [Power]
New DVD Player
Press [Return], [Clear], [Power]
If it's a new multiple disc player it will asks for a DVD-SL (Single Layer), CDA (Audio CD) and
DVD-DL (Dual Layer)
Make sure you have a Single Layer DVD and a Dual Layer DVD.

Press [Power], [Display], [5], [Vol+], [Power]
or
Press [Power], [Display], [5], [Power]
How to enter service mode
Unplug Television, Wait 10 seconds.
Press and hold [Menu] on
television.
Plug in television with [Menu] button still pressed.
Service mode menu values will appear on the screen.
Use [Channel+], [Channel-] to move up and down address
Use [Volume+], [Volume-] to change values
Press [Menu] to return to normal mode
